Can I get a refund?

If you haven’t used your voucher, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Keep in mind that there may be fees charged by the payment provider.

We only offer refunds to those who have purchased our products, not to registered candidates. Please send us an e-mail with a request for a refund and include:

  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice number
  • Purchaser name
  • Purchaser e-mail
